09:00 am - juniors, junior novice (we group based on similar weights and ages- (very light --> very heavy)
12:00 pm - Senior novice, senior elite, masters
04:00 pm - Nick Delpopolo Clinic
Weigh-ins:
Juniors, masters - weigh in matside
Seniors - can weigh in from 8-10am or matside, 1 Kg allowance
note: all weights must be declared in Kgs when registering.
